Store Policies


At Baby Bottoms Boutique, we have the highest standards of quality. Each item is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment but we stand behind all of our products and want to maintain complete customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept exchanges/returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase except on clearance, personalized items, diaper cakes and special orders including diaper packages. In the case of a diaper package and carriers over $100, the item can be exchanged less a 10% restocking fee. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping amount will also be deducted from your store credit.


If your order was placed through our gift registry, however, we will accept returns within 90 days of the event date. For hygiene and safety purposes, returns will only be accepted on items that are unused, unwashed and in their unopened, original packaging. If you received a free item with purchase, the retail value of that item will be deducted from the amount returned. Customers will be responsible for all shipping expenses. It is highly recommended that you request confirmation/shipping insurance as Baby Bottoms is not responsible for lost shipments unless they are insured. You must contact us prior to sending us a return item.


Product defects: Many of our products come with some type of manufacturer guarantee and will be noted in the product description. In the unlikely event that you have any quality issues/defects with any of your items please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve any issues as expeditiously as possible within our means. After the thirty day return period as indicated above, however, we are unable to warranty any products beyond their manufacturer warranty.

Shipping & Insurance Policy

Most orders will ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation but please allow 2-4 business days for shipping. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days. Custom orders may take longer and will be indicated in product description. If for any reason your quoted shipping price is higher than the actual cost, we will refund the difference.

Optional Insurance- Baby Bottoms is NOT responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit; therefore it is highly recommended that you add shipping insurance to your orders. We will guarantee all insured items if the insurance was purchased through us.

Local Pickup- If you live in the Central Florida area we would be happy to arrange for you to pick your order up at our store in Casselberry and avoid shipping charges. During checkout choose “Local pickup” under shipping options. After your order is placed we will send you an email advising the when your order is available for pick up.

Contests, Prizes & Raffles

 Anyone who wins a prize, raffle or contest offered by Baby Bottoms Boutique has thirty days to claim their prize from the date of the event entered or date of the drawing. The winner is responsible for picking up their prize or may choose to have it shipped to their residence at their cost. After 30 days, all prizes are forfeited.


 How to place your order:

  • Choose your products and add them to your cart (If any item you want is listed as out of stock, please contact us since the item may be available when your balance is paid in full).
  • At checkout enter the code “LAYAWAY.” You will then see a total equal to 25% of your order plus any shipping charges.
  • After 30 days you will receive an invoice for 50% of your remaining balance.
  • After 60 days you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance.
  • Once we receive your final payment, your order will ship.


Terms and Conditions:

You must have a qualifying purchase of $50 or more. We require a 25% deposit for all layaway orders. Once you receive your invoice you will have five days to pay the minimum amount due. You may also make additional payments or pay the balance in full at any time. If after the deposit is received and no additional payments are made after 60 days or if the complete balance is not paid in full after 90 days you will forfeit 15% of the order total for restocking. The remaining monies received will be available to the buyer in the form of store credit for a period of one year. We do not offer cash refunds for cancelled or forfeited layaways.


Backorders/Out of Stock Items

Sometimes, beyond our control, items may end up on backorder. If this occurs we will email you as soon as possible and give you an estimated arrival date. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

If an item you wish to purchase is currently listed as “Out of stock,” you can email us and we will let you know when you can expect them to be back in stock. In some cases we may be able to expedite its arrival if there is sufficient demand.

Gift Services:

If your purchase is a gift and is being shipped directly to the recipient, please let us know in the comment section. We will include a personalized message and a packing slip without the price.
